Higher Order Technology Ltd is a one-man software engineering consultancy, founded in 2019.

The principal, Richard Riley, is a highly experienced Consultant Technologist with commercial experience in quantitative research, investment management, derivatives trading, mobile core networks and IT consulting.

Richard specialises in software architecture and process optimisation at the enterprise level, and providing thought leadership and guidance to development teams struggling with inefficient working practices.

Before starting Higher Order, Richard was Principal Architect at Aspect Capital.
